When will my products arrive?

Most items are made to order, so products will generally be shipped within 7 days of ordering. Depending on the shipping selected, items may arrive about 3 business days after that. We appreciate your patience!

I noticed an imperfection in the printing of my product, will you give me a refund?

The short answer is: no. Every item is hand-printed either digitally or via screenprinting. While we strive to be as close to perfect as possible, you may find various imperfections. If there is an egregious imperfection or flaw, however, please contact us via email at info@sturdyusa.com and send us pictures. 

Our products are not mass produced, humans have a part in the production of each garment and we like it that way!

I received one of my shirts but haven't received my entire order.

Sometimes your shipment may arrive in separate packages - we want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, so sometimes we make the decision to send items separately.
